Darren finished his studies at the University of Ottawa with joint honours in Communication and Sociology. He went on to work for The Fulcrum—the University of Ottawa’s English-language newspaper—as Online Editor, where he learned to use the web to connect with the community.
Darren then found a home at The InGenuity Group as their Marketing Manager, Editor, and Jr. Project Manager. It was there that he learned the tenets of strategic marketing and how to use metrics to track success and make informed decisions.
Darren is passionate about developing community and interacting with buyers and sellers to ensure their needs are met. He understands that every home is different and creates marketing strategies tailor-made for each property, using his skillset to compliment the talented members of Cherry Pick Homes.
