• Home evaluation requests: the above plus property details you provide (address, beds, baths, square footage, condition, timeline).
• Technical data: IP address, user agent, and referring URL, kept for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, schedule appointments, send transactional email confirmations, and follow up on your real estate goals. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. Email delivery is handled by Brevo (Sendinblue) under their privacy practices.

Listing data displayed on this site is provided under copyright by the Ottawa Real Estate Board (OREB) and other participating boards via PropTx Amplify Syndication. Use is limited to consumers with a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate.
